The Applicant challenged the decision not to finalize his performance appraisal. However, after he filed his application with the Tribunal, the rebuttal panel issued its report. The Applicant subsequently filed another application to challenge the outcome of the rebuttal and complain about the delay in finalizing his appraisal (Case No. UNDT/GVA/2012/024). The Tribunal rejects the Applicant’s request for a joinder of both cases and it dismisses this case as moot.
